Electronic Controls

The WESSEL Tool Control plus is a programmable electronic controller. It has four configurable inputs and six configurable outputs. 16 parameter sets with any assignment of inputs and outputs can be programmed and used immediately at the push of a button. This makes the WESSEL Tool Control plus a universal and flexible option for controlling even complex functions in construction machinery.

The valve controller is used for proportional control of a double-acting function. The function can be performed sensitively in both directions of movement. In this way, the speeds of movement can be conveniently limited electronically and adjusted at any time. With the size of a cigarette pack, the valve amplifier can be easily accommodated in even the smallest mini excavator.

The joystick handle with proportional encoder was developed as a replacement for existing standard joystick handles. The handle contains an electric proportional encoder, which can be used to control electronic devices, e.g. to operate proportional magnets, and is operated by a finger. In addition to the proportional encoder, the handle is also equipped with four buttons for operating other electrical functions in the application.
