Locking valves for outrigger cylinders

Double lock valves in cartridge design can be screwed directly into the outrigger cylinder. The valve provides protection against a load dropping in the event of a line break in the supply lines. The valves are designed as pilot operated valves. Hardened components (seat and plug) guarantee freedom from leakage oil in the rest position with a long service life. The valve can be used for up to max. 70 lpm and can be loaded with 500 bar. A screw-in housing is available for the valve.

Lowering brake valve for winches

The newly developed MotionOne lowering brake valve is suitable for motor-cylinder applications and is the perfect solution when it comes to precisely controlling and positioning high loads of up to 600l/min. The modular design with the different control options ensures maximum flexibility during commissioning. The MotionOne is suitable for applications with light to heavy vibrations. The newly developed damping cartridge is particularly suitable for applications that are highly susceptible to vibration.In line with the modular design, users can essentially choose between standard covers with and without pressure relief valve, electrical proportional control or the newly developed damping cartridge for the MotionOne.

Directional Control Valve 6/2 with position monitoring

With a 6/2 directional control valve, the volume flow behind a main section can be distributed to either 2 consumers. The switching can be done electrically, hydraulically or by hand lever at the pilot control of the 6/2 directional control valve. With a position monitoring system, the actual switching position of the directional control valve can be monitored and processed in a safety control system.

Flow divider for up to 6 consumers

The flow divider ensures load flow independent flow volume distribution for up to 6 consumers. The valve consists of an input section for the
pump connections A and B. One consumer can be controlled in both directions per section, making the flow divi-der type FDV-1X suitable for
double-acting consumers, e.g. Hydromotors on travel drives (forward backward). The load pressure independent volume flow distribution is
realized by pressure compensators and fixed orifices. Different division ratios can be realized by adapting the fixed orifices. The valve works
according to the LUDV principle, which enables simple adjustment of the division ratios and simple adjustment of the division accuracy.

Securing the luffing gear - load compensation

The LHB-3E design offers the option of load compensation. If the volume flow with other designs increases with increasing pressure, this effect can be compensated or even overcompensated in this pipe rupture valve by additional valve technology. LHB-3E type valves are piloted hydraulically proportional or electrically proportional. A typical application is the luffing cylinder of mobile cranes.
